Thanks Kattay. I didn't think I strayed too much with my eating. I did have to eat out a few times over the weekend but tried to eat smartly. Well, maybe the 22 oz beer wasn't such a good choice but it sure was good. I also tried some Jennie O turkey ham over the weekend. I'm guessing it would have a higher sodium content? Anyway, I'm not too upset about it but thanks for keeping an eye on me. Hey, at least I dusted off the exercise bike for a little ride through the hills. ;)

Yep, sodium will do it. We can't always be good. I bet that beer was good. I had just noticed how much FS was showing that you gained for a week, which was unusual. Biking would be wonderful. My DD laughed when I said I would like one. Evidently, she thought I was kidding, even when I said I wasn't :)

@Kattay....I'm going to have to get a list of acronyms! DD? My google search of acronyms came up with a bunch of em! I'm guessing this doesn't stand for "Department of Defense"? ;) My exercise bike has multiple programs installed, one of them called "rolling hills". I'm going to start experimenting with it to see what other programs are preinstalled. My knees are popping quite a bit today but hopefully the lower intensity bike riding will help.

:) Dear Daughter. I also use DS for Dear Son, GS is grandson, GD is grand daughter, etc. Your exercise bike sounds like fun. Let me know how the "rolling hills" is like after you have used it and some of the other programs.
