Hello, everyone! I'm not a vegetarian, but don't forget the veggies! Add vegetables to your meal to help you feel full without many calories.

Good information there! I always like to go online and plan what I will eat before I arrive so that I am not rushed into making a decision I will later regret!

I love veggies. You know my Mom doesn't so I didn't learn to eat a lot of veggies until I was an adult.

Most of my lunch is fruit and veggies. I graze for an hour. Get my protein with the hummus, yogurt and an instant breakfast (like boost).

I had tuna today with no mayonnaise and no Miracle Whip Light and no bread. I feel good. :)
