Don't look at me, I just got back from a trip, haha! I'm sure these few pounds will come right back off once I get back into good habits this week. I woke up in a pretty decent mood and feel even better since getting in some exercise (wow my mood starts dragging when I let that slide), so I'm ready to get back in the saddle.
I did end up doing a lot more comfort eating/drinking than I expected to on my trip, since my endometriosis seems to be getting worse again. I didn't think to pack any painkillers, and I kept thinking it'd be over soon since the severe abdominal pain usually only lasts a day at most... nope! It started Thursday afternoon and lasted through Saturday mid-morning. Luckily my rooming buddy didn't get in until midnight the first night, so I was able to lie in bed whimpering for hours. I guess I need to start seeing a doctor again to see if there are any new treatment options besides "deal with it."
