I'M STUCK!!!
The last few weeks and my business has really been hectic so my workouts just aren't happening. It is a normal week so I will be able to get ALL my workouts in so hopefully, I will hit my goal of 205 by next Monday.

What is your goal for the week?
208.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there - I find exercise helps me to eat better. My goal is to get my protein in take back up to where I like it - 130grams or more every day!

Try to get 3 workouts in by Sunday. Tonight is finish mowing before the rain hits tomorrow.
