Well, I started full of confidence and I rapidly lost 3 kilos. I was going well with my challenges up till 1 week ago when I had to drop everything except diet due an eye operation to remove a scar off my eye with laser and they took out a cataract. Look forward to re starting exercise in a couple of weeks. The USA date threw me out, being a day behind good old Aussie.
