I am so happy today - I know its cliché in weight loss but being honest with yourself re what you put into your body does work. We tell ourselves we deserve this or that because we are not really fat .. or make a whole lot of excuses to ourselves about why we eat poorly. Im so happy with this choice I have made and the fact that it is working helps me to keep on track. It only works if your honest. some exercise daily and counting calories. also not eating at night time hours - I wrap up dinner by 6pm then its 12 hours of rest for my digestion. See how we go next week Birthday tomorrow.
