Lots of gardening to do while the ground is moist. Today I hit my 20 pound mark! I haven't seen that number in a LONG time! Today I also start the "Jump for Life" challenge. Let's hope I can do it after gardening all day. Even if I just stand on that trampoline I will be doing good!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
