Last night someone who had not seen me in a month said that I look like I had slimmed down! That was really nice to hear. She does not know that I have been eating Atkins style. I have lost 18 lbs, but I didn't think that it showed. I hope that I can lose more. I would like to be 200 by the end of the month, but that may be unrealistic...to lose 18 in 3 weeks...yea that is unrealistic. So, I will do the best I can and whatever happens happens.
