Ketogenic/Primal Ish... its just the way i am i never follow anything 100% but doing my best. I have lost weight before on a very low carb diet/low fat <1200 calorie/day. The Ketogenic/Primal seems better because I am able to eat a little more and not feel starved all the time. I have been on it for 1 week, with hubby. I'm already eating less(getting full sooner). I have not weighed myself again, rather wait until i really notice it on my clothes.
My goal seems very conservative I started at 131#,not trying to go too far 126# maybe 124#(lol), because im not very active at all. If I loose a lot ill gain it back so losing a few pounds will make me look much better anyway, that's good enough.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
