I decided to keep fasting longer hours even though I risked unbalancing my hormones. Because I really want to lose weight. indeed too much continued-prolonged fasting occurred in the past 2 weeks. Last night the night-sweats and hot flashes were out of this world LOL.
So I will have to keep it at 12 hours max for a few days to recoup.
Just gotta eat healthy for those days. Whole Foods and not too low carbs.
Had a delish double patty smash-burger with a little cheddar for dinner on a brioche bun. A real treat.

Fasted 15 hours today. Was very hungry by 1 pm but I did not sleep much. The previous day of 28 fast I wasn’t as hungry I did sleep better the night before. Started with whole grain carbs protein and veggies. Plan to end the last meal with protein and little carbs. Expect to resume fasting window at 7pm.
Drinking plenty of water using an app to remind me.

Walked 40 minutes with the dogs. Then had my dinner mostly protein, fat and some carbs. Stayed at 80 grams today. Not bad. Will be varying the carbs and my eating window. Today was the longest time I have gone without eating. Can’t believe it. I was the type that ate 6 times a day. Grazing.
Let’s see what tomorrow brings. Slept pretty badly last night. Wonder if I’ll be able to continue losing weight with all the stress I have.
