I am only 4 lbs away from my mini goal of 163 lbs, when my BMI changes to slightly overweight!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Super job! One of my mini goals is 163 also. I'm 5'2 and that's when I'll "just" be overweight instead of obese. You encourage me with your journey!

I know u can do it! I started with 199 lbs. after I lost my right leg. My goal is 125 lbs. but can't seem to get there that is why I am trying this too.

I am proud of myself i have been on a low sodium diet i only season with MrsDash. I have about 8 of her spices and learning to eat healthy using them on my food. Another 2 pounds i am grateful. Looking forward to getting under 200 lbs soon. Have a safe holiday.
