174.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

Its hard to keep upbeat about trying to lose some weight but I find yoga is such a help for keeping positive. Mind body and soul. :-)
