Ok so Starchy Marchy was not the success I had hoped it would be. Still I managed to settle in to my current WOE and maintained the 20 lbs I've lost so far. I'm taking it as a win. I have reconfigured for Abstinence April and am powered up and ready to go. I've got 10 lbs to lose before the annual Oscar party at the end of the month.

224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
