Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday...

Got riding bibs layed out for a short ride...feel lots better...but don’t want to ride to hard...got other errands to do...just a 5 miles....lol...
285.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
