Im tempted on all sides by cravings, always seem to be hungry. My heart is too important to give up.
Found that Diet Dr Pepper is an acceptable substitute for regular DP, and it has no calories/fat/carbs! A little sweet treat that wont bust my limits! Also, added Smart Pop 94% fat free popcorn: another low cal treat, and it helps fill me up.

Gotta start exercising soon.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
