Carbs
Be aware that 'carbs' is a broad group. If you lean more towards complex carbs such as whole grains and stay away from products that get most of its carbs from sugars is best. One trap I realized that if you eat refined carbs such as most cereals and even white bread - its little better than eating plain sugar to your body. Complex/whole grains will fill you up and keep you fuller too. With that in mind, about 50% is a good number as Matt55 says.
