The first weigh in is a little off, so the results of my first day look too good to be true. I weighed in the morning and it was closer to 192.4, but remembered my weight the night before (Jan 11, before I started this). That weight was closer to 194, but I tend pad numbers one way or the other. In this case it was a higher number, more for motivation than to make me look good.
Even with the faulty number, I STILL am extremely happy to see I am showing a weight loss of about a pound in one day. Calorie counting is making me accountable and giving me the will to stay away from empty calories.
I still seem hungry all of the time. I need to find some really good whole grains and protein that will stay with me while being low in fat/sodium/calories. Perhaps when I start getting into some good exercise I can up my calorie intake to compensate, but Im sure that what I burn will continue to keep me hungry.
