Frustrated with myself. Starting again. Last week I had my breast biopsy. It took a lot more out of me than I planned. No exercise last week. Was back in the gym today. Starting a new routine today. I am going to be successful. 😃
179.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
