Now that I'm not socially obligated to go out to half my meals the weight is starting to slowly drop off again.

Recently switched to unsweetened almond milk instead of 2% milk for most of my milk-related needs. It's not a huge flavor difference for me (it's always heavily flavored by coffee or banana anyway) and it's a lot less calories.

Also using bento to make sure I eat enough and a bunch of veg while at work. Last night I was super lazy, so today all I have in my bento is a bit of pasta, a homemade black bean patty with corn, carrot, and half a zucchini.

Planning to go Japanese with rice and teriyaki salmon for lunch tomorrow, donburi-style in the larger tier of my bento box. Spinach with soy sauce and sesame. Maybe a slice or two of tamagoyaki. Maybe sweet potato cut into sakura blossom shapes. I think broccoli as one of my veggies too. oishii obento o tsukurimasu. yoku nihongo no ...words... wo wasuremasu.

Working out with DDP Yoga, which is hilarious, but I'm also really enjoying it. I feel like it is burning calories without me putting a big strain on my body and it incorporates lots of stretching. Recommended.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
