6 pounds in a week, I'll take it😃. Am doing the 11 day Isagenix program again. Trying to get my eating under control again. Did well over the weekend, of course I was moving furniture, cleaning rooms, etc for the kids to move in.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
