Things to do differently....don't drink beer and eat plantains at night, especially the night before a weigh-in! Also, increase exercise to burn more calories.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
