I made it through my first day of the Mary's mini diet. It went quite smoothly, though my husband decided that despite having so many choices of things to eat in the refrigerator he wanted the hash brown potatoes I cooked for myself on Wednesday night. You know, the ones that comprised my breakfast for 2 mornings! WTH? He did cook some peas for me for dinner so that was ready on the stove when I got home. I threw some Yukon Gold potatoes in the air fryer to warm up and then mashed them, put some pepper on them and added the peas on top. I did try just a teaspoon of yellow mustard on the potatoes to give them a bump in flavor. It was quite tasty. I was up 3 times during the night to pee so I can tell that the detox is on. Now headed for Qi Gong class. Happy Friday everyone.
