IT'S working! 16/8 intermittent fasting. I eat with Gomez on the weekends.199 HOT DAMN BACK IN THE SADDLE! whoop whoop! Tonight's dinner... steak, super hot collard green, pickles and a little cabbage and onion.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
