Cheated but portion control along with 6\18 fasting may have saved the day. Made Greek dill Meatballs with Tzasiki, Roasted garlic Orzo, and tabuleh ( replaced most of the buckwheat with broccoli slaw) Lemon and olive oil dressing. And for desert bbq pineapple. (grilled and dusted with sugar substitute and cinnamon). Toniteā€¦ Since Gomez stole the leftovers... LOL ...A leafy salad topped with the rest of the tabuleh and bacon for the dressing we will continue with the lemon but use bacon fat in place of the olive oil. The rest of the day is coffee,1 bang and 1 or 2 bottles of flavored water. I have to get back down at least to where I was. My new house has a full length mirror.... naturally on my closet, where I CAN NOT AVOID IT.... not a happy camper and no one to blame but me. Ah well I Made the mess I will clean it up again. OH yes. I almost forgot.... Thankyou who ever you were that turned me on to GREEKGOESKETO.COM I live on that site and the HONEY substitute is scrumptious. Have a great day Friends. Morticia.
