Time to take control again. My clothes were baggy. They are not anymore. GRRRR. Oh well onto the wagonI go! . Dinner will be dill meatballs in Greek tzatziki sauce and brussels sprouts. I know balls, balls, balls . I should make a small salad with it. I'm putting in olives too … teehee more balls.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Once you take the weight off, go shopping! Clothes that fit then get tight, remind you to stay disciplined! I bought in-between clothes at the thrift shops.
