I stopped keeping track of weight and food when my dog died... I have another dog now and she's great. I can't stand that I use food as a drug to soothe the depression pain. Taking SSRIs doesn't help with the weight problem either, but I've stopped taking those too..both sertraline and bupropion... My goal is to get down to 200 pounds so I can ride one of those segway machines.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
