Wow! I still lost a pound even though I had a binge day yesterday. I wish I had stuck to my calories, though because I might have lost more. Well, 10 victory burpees before my next workout! Today we are getting together with family for Hubby's birthday so, this is going to be my cheat day for the week. I will try and record calories as closely as I can but it wont be accurate because I have no idea what is in the food. After today, I am getting back into eating healthy! I have been trying to figure out what happened this weekend with me wanting to binge. I think I have been really busy which always stresses me out and then, there were a lot of snacks in the house that I allowed myself to eat (counted calories) that I don't normally eat (chips, pretzels, etc.). I need to get back to vegetables.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
