Yay!! I lost 2 pounds! That means I only have to lose one pound next week to meet my 10 pound goal for the month. Of course, I am going to try and lose more than one. I am planning on having a diet cheat day early in this week to change things up and hopefully lose a little more. Alright...20 Victory Burpees before my workout today!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
