OMG finally a slight weight drop it has been so hard. I have really tried tracking my food accurately and adding in exercise as much as possible. I will say I do seem to have more energy but still trouble sleeping and hot flashes keeping me awake at times! I shall continue my new life style with vengeance
!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
