Rough night last night. Tossed and turned for the 5 hours I was in bed. 5 am comes early when you're exhausted. Fortunately, wasn't too busy at work today. Sitting in the waiting room of my dermatologist (who just happens to be in the same building I work in) watching it snow. Was just flurries earlier, but it's picked up in the last half hour. So much for Spring! Was happy to see the scale move down another pound this morning..finally. Trying to do a bit better with the carbs this week. Fasted breakfast Mon and Tues, but have to eat something when I work. Some days we're extremely busy and I need the fuel to make it to lunch. Did cave and eat 10 chocolate covered espresso beans after lunch. Hoping it would help me wake up! I just want to go home and crawl in bed since it's so cold here today. Maybe after a nap I'll have enough energy to get in the treadmill or at least do a few weights. Still having trouble being consistent with strength training. Doing a bit better with cardio since the weather has been warmer most days and it's light longer. Hope everyone is having a great Hump day!

Haha, Maxie, coffee got me thru the work day, then I crashed with a nap. Thank you Marsha! Glen..I'm jealous!! 83 is like the perfect temp!! Thanks y'all. My back was bothering me some last night and I couldn't get comfortable. Had I known ahead of time it was going to be that bad, I would've taken some ibuprofen before bed. Was better after work today, napped for longer than I should have! But feeling better. Gonna be breakfast for supper kind of night since it's so late and nothing is thawed out, lol.
