Every Wednesday night I go to Applebee’s with the guys for appetizers. It turns out the one I got tonight is 1800 calories. Restaurant food can be very deceiving.

Just incorporate your Applebee’s nights into your weekly diet, make sure the calories as a total, for the whole week, are in a deficit, and you won’t have to worry 👍🏻
