Definitely a problem Ive had...Before starting his keto diet I’d eat until sick sometimes because something tasted good. I don’t ever feel starving on this woe so that’s good and counting calories helps. Hope to keep that habit forever!

Yes! That’s the thing about this, it’s a forever thing or we gain the weight back if we go to our old habits 😬
