Stayed the same! Despite a Christmas Party, brunch with the kids, and a pig out on roast potatoes and gravy! I really think the gym is having a very positive effect, and really, I don't work out that hard, and only 3 days a week (and last week I missed the whole week!) Being on my feet at work for 4-5 hours a shift 3-4 days a week also probably helps. I'm not complaining!
199.4 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
