Well I have been bad. I didnt stay on plan when my trucker husband came home for a weekend and I put on over 5 lbs. I didnt even get my donut but I did have pizza and pasta and bread. I am paying for it now as its taking forever to get that extra weight off that I put on and I feel bad for it.
I am back on track since last Wed and work is still kicking my butt too, its been very stressful there, learning new systems and everything. Its at a call center and deals with RX info so there is alot of privacy precautions I have to worry about when talking to people. I dont feel like we get enough training before they put us on the phones but I guess there is not much I can do as they pay well.
I only get 30 mins for lunch there too so I have to have something I can fix quick to eat. So far its been low carb chili or a low carb tortilla with beef and cheese.
I know Im whining a bit but dang it Im stressed. Thank goodness coffee is low carb! LOL
