= 2625
protien = 1g per pound
= 150 g
fat = 0.5 g per pound
= 75 g
calories from protien = 4*g
= 600
fat = 9*g
= 675
carbohydrates needed= calories -(fat+protien)
= 2625-600-675
= 1350
cards nedded in gram=calor./4
=1350/4
=433.3g
for each meal divide it by number of meals.
