Happy Friday.

Things I am grateful for:

-My Wife, my kids.
-Roof over my head.
-The body I am designing at a cellular level by what I put in my mouth
-The air I breath in and out of my lungs
-The body I am reshaping my using different muscles at different times
-18 days straight of logging my foods
-3 DAYS FASTING CHALLENGE THIRD PART coming up up in 3 days
-Rocking my 34x32 jeans today in the office and getting plenty compliments ( I wore 42x32 January 2016 )
-The support from my FS Family!!!!!
-I am mobile, willing and I don't quit. I just make it happen!
