So after getting in those 34 jeans yesterday, I eased off the gas too much, carbed up and I think it's time switch it up again (keep your body confused)

Instead of going for a multi-day fast, I think I will do OMD plan for this upcoming week and that will be dinner only. It would be nice to also keep those dinners under 40 carbs.

Dedication is key. If you can stay dedicated to returning to calorie restriction, there is no better way to beat a plateau.
