The diet did not go as planned yesterday - Not a disaster, at the moment I want to track down slowly and build up some muscle.

Today AM - A ten mile walk. Then PM - Start to put up a gate/ fence for a lady in the next village.

Have a good one
182.3 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
