Dinner was a cheesy one!! Cheesy Broccoli and Beef Casserole with half an almond flour mug bread. I got the recipe off Pinterest but if you google: low carb hamburger sausage broccoli alfredo. You will see the recipe I used. I just opted out of the sausage.

you are on the rite track Emily for a friendly keto life stile. DDitto any one that tries is distend to fail. Try is not in our vocabulary... It is a fantastic way to lose weight and keep it off... Not a diet. It works wonders lowing your insulin also.

fred4win~ I agree! I'm doing this as a lifestyle to lower blood sugar. Diabetes runs in my family deep and I've been Type 2 diabetic myself. I was able to reverse that through Atkins many years ago and I dont want to go down that path again.
