Day one:

Today I am starting conscious eating. I want to be aware of what I am putting in my body to help determine where I need to make changes. I feel like this is a realistic and achievable goal, and this is a great first step. I hope that I can continue to use this tool to help me reach the goal of being healthy and happy.

I have been fortunate enough to maintain decent health even though I have been overweight my entire life. I have used food to make me feel happy. I have been guilty of binge eating and not calling it what it is. I have told myself that my eating habits are not that bad. Well, I am calling my bluff. I do not want to lie to myself anymore. For Rob, for Charlotte, for Dad.

Welcome! This is a great site to help you accomplish your goals. It's easy to be mindful if you always log all of your food, good and bad. It feels good to be honest with yourself. There are lots of great and smart people here who know your struggles. Good luck to you on your journey!

Welcome!! Just keep logging everything, everyday. You can tweek along the way and find out what's really going into your body. Idk it helps me so I thought I'd share. Also, I like to do like a day 1 out of 30 or whatever, just a little motivation. Good luck and again welcome to fatsecret.
