Day two:

I am trying so hard to hold myself accountable to this one aspect of my journey right now. Write in the Journal. Record what you eat. For being such a large person I am a terrible eater. Today the total amount of what I have eaten is a can diet Pepsi. That's it. I know this is terrible. I know this is a huge factor in my zero metabolism. I have been trying to change this and working toward meal planning, but it has been a struggle. We just moved to a new house. My bff was pregnant and just had her baby. Literally. She delivered 2 hours ago. My Dad has been having serious health issues and I am regularly helping out my Mom at her house. I have a lot of good reasons to not do this now, but I keep feeling like if I can't do this now I will never be able to. The world doesn't stop turning, and I want to train myself to take care through good and bad seasons.

I have a 3 year old daughter, and one of my worst fears is that she is at the beginning of a life long struggle herself, if I can't teach her how to be healthy by doing it myself.

I'm still trying. I'm still focusing on the effort. I will be successful.

You got this! Small steps. Start with breakfast. Plan something healthy for tomorrow's breakfast.

First of all, congrats on your second day! Next, if u drank that Diet Pepsi and logged it, congratulations! Now, have you thought about going through your cabinets and fridge and start the purge process? And lastly, research reasearch research! If you're on a budget, check out menus for your weight category and deficit numbers. Fatsecrets RDI are high, so lesson yours based on that. Baby steps Vjb and goals along with dedication and determination are going to be key on your journey. It's hard to help others if it's hard to help yourself. Put yourself first then help others. YOU are worth it. It's hard, it's very hard but, you are here and you're doing it now for 3 days. Keep. It. Up!!

Hard boiled eggs - I found eggs on sale for 50 cents a dozen. Bring to a boil then let sit for 15 minutes. Then you have to run them under cold water. 12 easy meals. You got this!

Journaling - me, too! It is the key and there are usually lots of eggs in my journal. I just made a crustless spinach quiche after having an egg for breakfast.

Have you tried pray. I have tried to loose weight on my own do good get off track and gain. So I know I can not do this on my own so praying everyday that God give me the strength to may better food choices. I will put you in my prayers😊

One day at a time. If you mess up, just start over. There will never be a perfect time. I have a crazy life, four kids, life will not stop for me. We have to work around obstacles. Keep track of everything you eat. Be honest with yourself. Exercise as much as you can. 10 mins here and there. Whatever you can do. The results will come if you just stick with it. You can do this.

I will also pray for you...I find that it is one meal at a time...when you get some meals under your belt, then you can plan for the day. I plan for the entire week and it keeps me focused. You will do this...
