MY SCALES HAS LEARNED SIGN LANGUAGE...good friday morning..all these past few days an weeks i been talking to the scales with my hands/fingers..and the reality of it was i was releasing inches..i had to go to walmart yesterday to get almond flour and pyure..organic stevia among other things for the week..was putting on shorts an fasting my belt..i was able to finally put it into the last hole i had made on my belt..i was like wow..time to put new hole in belt..i was shocked..all this time i been eating healthier..with no cheats unless its my one meal every 7 days to reset my body..an finally seeing results in other ways..just was shocked..

did manage to get out yesterday after walmart..wanted to get more steps in...walking thru walmart did help some..ended up with 6600 or so...didnt think to write it down..been hitting my goal lately so pushed it up alittle more this morning..keep challenging myself ...was my off day from riding yesterday..so had to get body active ...

rain is moving into area this morning and suppose to rain till sunday off an on...so be riding on bike/trainer..using zwift and riding in virtual world to get my ride in..just so cool to ride inside an actually feel like your riding among other riders from all over the world..goal today is to get 20-25 miles or so..just depends on how i feel by then...was up last night taking aleves for leg..its better this morning..but gonna put support on it next time i get up..just to help it..didnt wear any yesterday an it was fine..today its bothering me alittle..o well...

well coffee is gone..time to get up an move..need to make keto bread this morning an fat bombs..yes a daily ordeal any more..but if thats whats keeping me on track...il keep making them..
