RAIN RAIN GO AWAY..goood saturday morning..started raining yesterday morning about 8am..been raining off an on since then with a few patches of no rain from time to time..did manage to have a few hours of no rain to get grass cut yesterday an when i walked thru the yard to see how wet it was..it wasnt all that wet from the rain we had gotten..so figured i better get er cut between showers..had a real soaker right after i got in the house yesterday after cutting grass..ditches were full..streets flooded..bad storm..think its been raining most of the night..lots of lightening an thunder..wasnt a great night for sleeping..

did a 12.3 mile ride on bike/trainer yesterday..zwift has been a real motivational tool to keep me on track with riding thru the winter an the rainy days that i cant get my road bike out on the road to ride..even my friend that comes over on a regular basis when the weather is bad..went ahead an set his own account up on zwift so that he to has an account an if he is someplace besides my house an there is a bike/trainer he can use the account an still get his workouts in..hes rode more outside this year then i have..but hes more experienced at riding them i am..less weight to carry then me..

been riding every other day..been able to get more rest time between rides an so ive also been able to ride longer as well..of course a new set of riding shorts an a new saddle on bike has also helped the behind issuses..i was having..todays my off day..but if i get bored enough ive already thought about riding today an tomow..just to get my mileage up for the week..one of them wait an see how the day goes...just 23 miles from having my weekly goal..thats just one good ride away..

well coffee is gone..time to get up an move around..got fat bombs to get made an in the freezer..gonna make cherry ones today..taste just like cherry cheesecake..mmmmm goood...

o yeah weight was down as well..just seems to take so long to get any of it to show on scales anymore..but im in it for the longgggggggggg haul..

I love sleeping in thunderstorms! So much so, that if it starts thundering, I get sleepy. LOL.
