Home from my weekend away, and I lost pounds of stress. =) We walked for miles on the beach and collected sea glass. Then we went thrift store shopping. After that we sat around chatting and watching tv and doing NOTHING. Ahh the simple pleasures of life. I feel like I did pretty well over the weekend. I didn't track what I ate, but was very cognizant of what went in my mouth. That I feel like is a win.
Now I am home, doing laundry, housework, etc and tonight I plan on lifting weights. So right back to it exercise wise. Here's to a great week!
