Dinner time! Had meatloaf, broccoli, and cauliflower. Plus I went ahead and ate the pears as they were in their own juice. Augmented with some sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds I brought to fill in the gaps. Hit my calorie goal.

How was the meatloaf? It's a pretty plate. It is a good thing you thought to bring your own snacks, isn't it? I imagine the pears were a welcome treat. I was thinking about making your pizza tomorrow night in your honor. :)
