So here's lunch. Looks like a half cup of egg salad, some multigrain bread, some cantaloupe and blueberries, and a bowl of tomato soup. I ate the egg salad, the tomatoes, and the fruit. Augmented with six Flackers and a bag of almonds. Had to eat five peppermint candies while I was getting stem cells reinfused. That took the carbs up! Feeling good.
