I am not going to be bothered by .3 pounds, especially since I was out of town, I really feel like that was a win.

I am feeling better and ready for the week.

Also looking forward to next weekend when I will be at the coast for some much needed R & R.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
