More veggies, more water, less bread. Doin' good. The toughest part is after 8 when I want a snack. A triscuit would do; I love the salt. But I'd also love to be able to walk up Beebe Hill, so.... getting used to the idea that this is a day by day thing...
194.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you go!!! ive also cut out carbs and i love it but its hard. 2lb down in 2 days so it def. works.

try Snapea crisps for your salt fix. very tasty but low in fat and carbs
