still 179 lbs!!!

had a packet of crisps and handful of almonds to take away the hunger last night

thanks for all the supportive messages

so im swapping to higher protein, cutting down on the milk in my tea

going to pain clinic this afternoon

going to go to hospital early and chase up my physio appt as ive waited 4 months now!

for me...if i eat alot of carbs..then i snack more..or same with sugary stuff..more sugar then i snack more..if you can find food thats less carbs and sugar, then cravings diminish or they do for me
