Snow snow go away--stuck in the house--getting things done but need to get some more exercise and away from food. I haven't started the challenge--darn--want to. I have got to pull it together--I have gained 5 pounds, weigh the most in over a year, maybe 2. Had been down to 127 at one point. I think I will join weight watchers online--must be faithful to it if I do--this is totally out of hand. Tai Chi at home shortly and will walk around the house to get at least 7000 steps--10 better--will try for 4k before lunch--see if I an get the car out--brrrrr-8 degrees-ridiculous i n the sunny south.
